Schmaling is pleased to be hosting . . .

The Whiteside County Farm Bureau is holding a week-long day camp for several libraries in the area.  Schmaling is pleased to be one of those selected this year; the camp will run July 20 – 24th.  The camp is for children entering 1st – 5th grade and will cost $10 per child due at time of registration.  Camp starts at 8 am and ends at noon.

Each day will begin at the library. Kids will board a bus and head out on that day’s farm field trip. Campers will then return to the library where they will participate in hands-on Agriculture in the Classroom activities.

Registration deadline is one week prior to the start of camp (July 13th); forms are available at the library.  This is the link to the Whiteside County Farm Bureau’s website.
