Teddy Bear Tuesdays

Beginning September 5th and running through April, the Children’s Department invites all children preschool aged through second grade to attend a story time led by our very own Miss Gwenn.

In addition: Beginning this year, 2017, the last Tuesday of each month will feature activities with the library’s DUPLO Lego bricks!!

This event is anticipated to happen every Tuesday the library is open, from 6 to 6:30 pm; please see Happenings for exact dates.  It is kindly expected that all children be accompanied to this event.

So wear pajamas, bring a favorite stuffed animal, enjoy the story, make a craft, and scarf a snack!

One of our MANY new children’s book will inspire creativity and keep little hands busy!
Cool Robots, by Sean Kenney is packed with step-by-step, easy to follow, illustrated directions for building a large assortment of robots, spaceships, buildings . . . using Lego pieces you most likely have lying around (literally, if it’s anything like my house).
