Beginning September 2nd and running through April, the Children’s Department invites all children preschool aged through second grade to attend a story time led by our very own Miss Gwenn.
This event is anticipated to happen every Tuesday the library is open, from 6 to 6:30 pm; please see Happenings for exact dates. It is also kindly expected that all children be accompanied to this event.
So wear pajamas, bring a favorite stuffed animal, and then enjoy the story, make a craft, and scarf a snack!
As VALENTINE’S DAY is approaching, consider a story or craft resource from the library to enrich the time. Also, the following link seems to have all you’d ever need to know about its origin, history, and customs:
