This year’s theme is Reading By Design. The Summer Reading Program is all about reading for fun! The program is open to readers of all ages.

Registration will be held Monday, June 5th through Saturday, June 10th at the library. For preschoolers through 5th grade students, a parent or legal guardian must be present to register the child.

There will be Wii game, craft, and story times. Also, the library is preparing to start a LEGO club! For the preschoolers through 5th graders, there are different reading slips dependent upon the the grade level of the child. Each time a completed reading slip is turned in, the child will receive a prize. The prizes increase in value as more slips are turned in. There will ultimately be a grand prize drawing for $50.00.
