Services
Library cards are provided free of charge to all residents of our district, which is the Fulton city limits, as part of your tax-supported library services. Your card gives you borrowing privileges here and at most public libraries in Illinois, access to special online resources, and more. Replacement cards are $1 for the first one, $2 for the second, $3 for the third, etc.
If you need a book, DVD, or other item that we don’t have, ask us to borrow it from another library for you at no charge. Submit requests for materials to staff: in-person, by phone or email.
